Meet the Founder
Norman Carranza brings more than 20 years of experience across finance, accounting, operations, audit, tax, and leadership.
Throughout his career, he has helped businesses navigate financial distress, rapid growth, operational complexity, acquisitions, and successful exits. His work includes leading financial turnarounds, building finance functions from the ground up, supporting acquisition integration, and strengthening businesses for long-term growth and enterprise value.
